Cancellation and card-on-file policy

Confirmation

An enquiry, quote or saved card does not confirm a reservation. We confirm bookings in writing after checking availability.

Cancellations

No cancellation fee applies with at least 24 hours’ notice before the confirmed pickup. With less notice, the fee is CAD $100, capped at the quoted trip fare.

No-shows

The no-show fee is CAD $100, capped at the quoted fare. Only one cancellation or no-show fee applies per trip; we do not charge both.

For non-airport pickups, a no-show may be declared after 15 minutes if the chauffeur is at the agreed location and we cannot reach you using the contact details supplied. For commercial airport arrivals, we allow 60 minutes from the flight’s actual arrival. Supply your flight number and contact us about baggage, immigration or other delays. We attempt to contact you before declaring a no-show.

Cancellation notice

Email info@royalelitechauffeur.ca or call/text +1 (437) 774-4417. Include your name, booking reference and pickup date. Keep your notice.

Card authorization

I authorize Royal Elite Chauffeur to save my card securely with Stripe for this booking and charge a cancellation or no-show fee of CAD $100, capped at the quoted trip fare, if I cancel less than 24 hours before pickup or do not attend under the published policy. Only one such fee applies per trip. No trip payment or reservation of funds is made when saving the card. The trip fare requires a separate payment agreement.

Card details are collected and stored by Stripe, not by our enquiry form or email. Saving a card does not guarantee that a future charge will succeed. You receive a receipt for any charge. Contact us to request removal of your saved card; this does not cancel amounts already owed under an accepted booking.

If we cancel

If we cancel and cannot provide an alternative you accept, no cancellation or no-show fee applies and payments for unprovided service are refunded.

This policy does not limit cancellation or refund rights under applicable law.
